Elen Casanova Gómez

Executive Producer at Inside Films and a Colombian public relations professional. Throughout her career, she has participated in film and television projects as a producer, public relations specialist, and casting coordinator, as well as in international distribution and commercialization processes for streaming platforms, contributing to the growth of the audiovisual industry.

She has been involved in productions such as the short film El Televisor (2018), the feature film La Matriarca (2024), and various projects developed by Inside Films and other audiovisual companies. She has also participated in the international marketing and positioning of content for global markets and streaming platforms, including the film Lamentos, si la escuchas mueres, which has been recognized at international film festivals.

In 2024, she received the National Award for Professional Excellence, granted by the Congress of the Republic of Colombia, in recognition of her career and contributions to the audiovisual sector as one of the country’s youngest producers.

She currently leads the development of new film projects at Inside Films, including La Caída de Sophia (2027), an innovative production that integrates artificial intelligence with live-action filmmaking, and Las Excavadoras (2026), a co-production between Colombia, the United States, and Mexico.

La Caída de Sophia is Inside Films’ upcoming 2027 production, a film that integrates artificial intelligence with traditional filmmaking, combining technological innovation with the participation of real actors. The film explores a science-fiction story that blends drama and fantasy, connecting with audiences through an innovative visual and narrative approach.

This project reflects Inside Films’ commitment to exploring new audiovisual formats and developing production models that integrate the possibilities of artificial intelligence with the creative and artistic processes of contemporary cinema.
